Are you a regular maintenance person? or leave it until it really needs fixing person? If you are the type of person who will only get something fixed when its truly broken/falling off then you are more than likely paying out more in the long run.
Regular maintenance is much more cost effective and ensures that everything remains not only looking its best but also doing the job it is intended to do i.e no leaks because of rot.
Regular maintenance also ensures that issues are picked up sooner rather than later, again making repair bills less.
